Located on a challenging, hilly plot in Österåker, this project features a modern interpretation of the traditional Swedish ladhus. The architectural design is strategically configured to capture sea views and track the sun’s path throughout the day.

Navigating a highly restrictive detaljplan and strict bygglov limitations required an intelligent design approach, resulting in a highly efficient layout that delivers maximum living space within a compact building footprint.
